One of the biggest pet peeves (besides obviously unlawful things, like sexual harassment, etc.) of women who are independent, intelligent and successful, is men who tell them they should smile more, or that they'd be prettier if they smiled more.

As Alison attended a "clothing optional" art school for college (where she literally ran around naked), and is now an advocate for many liberal causes (and has made comments about being thankful we are no longer stuck in the 1950's), I'm pretty sure she'd be appalled
