What is the one match or matches you look most forward to watching at the BIG?

BIG will be Cenzo vs Bull for me.

It is possible some of the biggest matches won't actually take place, but there should be a few at each weight class that are worth the entry. Some I can't wait for.

125- Lee vs Tomato II
winner vs rutgers dude

133- not too interesting but very competitive

141- Lee vs JM
149-BS vs RD
157- Nolf vs anyone if he goes
165- Already mentioned
174- Hall vs Bo Bo vs Amine
184- Bo vs Miles VIII
197- Sugar vs Moore
285- Coon vs Snyder.

I fear that may be a be careful what you wish for scenario.
There is nothing to fear. I did not list that match because of some bravado attitude that our 141 freshman can kick Heil's ass.

I do believe Nick could win that match, but what intrigues me is the rapid continuous attacking style versus the very methodical and calculating style of a two time champion.

You can not tell me this matchup does not excite you.

I'd take Heil at sea level, but Lee if they raise the mat > 3 feet.

The bull may need to get past Massa in the quarters of Big 10s. That is a match to watch also.

Re-matches aside, some potential 1st time meets that I'd like to see [although not necessarily hoping for since some paths go against my rooting interests]:

125: NATO vs Suriano, SLee vs Suriano
141: NLee vs Red [the college version]
157: Pantaleo vs Kemerer
165: Massa vs Lewis, IMAR vs Marinelli
197: Moore vs Rasheed
285: Stoll vs Hermida

The core substantive point you are making is well taken, though I must say that I just don't think it is possible, in any circumstance, to use any form or derivative of the word "excite" in a post that involves Dean Heil. My point was simply that I worry that the "savvy defensive/counter veteran" may well overcome the explosive upstart.

The non Iowa match I’m excited to see is Rasheed vs Moore. Should be a good one. I was just rewatching the Wilcke vs Rasheed match and it seems when guys get in on his legs Rasheed really puts his knees into some awkward positions in scrambles. He has unreal flexibility. Haven’t watch too many of his matches recently but does he do this regularly?

Cruz against any of the top studs at 125.

Hidlay v Kemdog
Really hope not on Hidlay vs. Kemerer -- chances are real good one of them will be on Jason's side of the bracket ... unless you mean in consolations.
