The latest RealClearPolitics no tossup predictions are Clinton 272 - Trump 266 and the Republican retain control of the Senate. The chances of a 269 - 269 tie for the Presidency are very real. All that would have to happen is for Trump to flip New Hampshire and Hillary to flip Maine District #1. Both are very close tossups right now.

- The Republicans in the House will influence some members to vote Johnson so that nobody gets the needed majority. The Republicans will take a vote or two and then declare a deadlock.
- The Senate will elect Pence as VP.
- Pence will be inaugurated as VP and will assume the office of President. He will serve all 4 years as President while Trump moans and groans daily.
