Penn State football head coach James Franklin and tight end Theo Johnson are joining Pennsylvania governor Tom Wolf and university president Dr. Eric Barron this afternoon at Pegula Ice Arena to discuss vaccination efforts, presumably encourage all Pennsylvanians to be vaccinated and, also presumably, talk about what that will mean to the program in the coming weeks and months as the 2021 season fast approaches.
