Prez barron wrote an opinion piece for USAToday

Pretty lame attempt at recommending how to provide oversight of fraternities. Wonder what caused him t6o choose that topic. His next assignment is to check if the barn door is closed.
Well, when other Universities follow his brilliant plan, and kids die, then they can hire Tom Kline to sue Penn State. Simple.

more restrictions arent going to help students stop drinking. They should focus on banning hazing and let these college adults learn how to govern themselves.

In November of 2015, seven Penn State Trustees were provided with access to the Freeh File Documents and were charged with completing a review of that investigation.
At that point, President Barron's proposed review of the Freeh Report itself became moot. President Barron had only indicated a willingness to review the report, not the entire investigation. Even if his expressed intentions were legitimate or not.
Those charged with completing the review of the investigation were Trustees Ted Brown, Barbara Doran, Robert Jubelirer, Anthony Lubrano, Ryan McCombie, William Oldsey, and Alice Pope - along with their legal counsel and a select group of investigatory experts. Other members of the Board of Trustees were also granted the right to participate if they so chose.

You are barking up the wrong tree with regard to your expectations of a review.
