Does the team take PA State Patrol with them as escorts?
I ask only because in the video when the shot goes to Coach Franklin, the officers near him are seen with clinched fists (slight pump by the female) and the other to her right is clapping. One has to guess they are from PA, not IA.

Noticed that too. Is that SOP? Kind of seemed weird to me. Does PSU not trust the opposing school's local cops?

I think it's pretty common for coaches to travel with cops from their home states. Also, I don't think the Penn State P.D. is at every away game. I've seen PA State Patrol with him in the past and I think State College P.D. also.

They are from PA. I have seen the female, at least, at home games.
