I don't know how hard Chance was recruited by Cael. I can say I was present for a couple interactions between Cael and Chance and the temperature of the interaction was much lower than that between Zain and Cael, which I saw on the same day.

Cool data point. Was the day you saw the interactions before Chance decommitted from PSU? Or after?

True about Rodgers ICR the order of things at OSU, was Rodgers brought in before or after Chance?

My main point was that Chance was originally recruited here to be a 165, correct? Would have been a perfect fit between Jason and Bo, but Im OK with Cenzo too

Rogers and Chance are the same year. Rogers won the job. Chance had to cut or sit -- or as it turned out, cut and sit anyway because he lost 157 to Joe Smith.

Talent wise, yes he would've slotted at 165 here until Cenzo arrived -- but given his off the mat issues his first 3 years, he might not have beaten out Morelli for the 1 year before Cenzo, or even lasted at PSU.

Yes. Between commitment and de-commitment. It was oddly "cool" compared to other interactions between Cael and other commits.
