Might be a dum question. Can you stream espn3 from my computer to my television?
I have dish that is connected to the internet.

Several ways to do it.

1. Cast it to your TV with Chromecast
2. Use a streaming device such as Roku with ESPN app.
3. Use smart tv with ESPN app.

In any case you must be subscribed to a satellite, streaming, or cable TV service with ESPN channels. ESPN3 is not legally free to view straight from the internet. It's not available.

Sling TV streaming service is probably the cheapest way to watch ESPN. I think it's $20 per month for ESPN channels and several others.

I cast my phone screen to my tv with a chromecast. 35 bucks at Walmart, easy setup as long as you have an open HDMI port and USB on your tv. The video is a little choppy sometimes, sometimes not. Seems like I get a better connection some times than others. If you have high speed internet, it's worth it. Better than watching the matches on my phone or laptop.

If you have a TV package that includes ESPN you can use that account to access ESPN3. I have Verizon FIOS and it works fine, either from home or mobile.

Roku is definitely the way to go. ESPN app, BTN app, FLO app, NBC Sports, Youtube app, wondering if they will (or have) a Facebook live app soon.

FLO app works perfectly, have not experienced streaming issues since the OK State server shutdown.

Of course you could always old school it and just run an HDMI from your laptop to your TV. I am doing that currently in my kitchen to the little 21" I have wall mounted here and watching the Sixers-Lakers on the extended display from the NBC sports app running on my laptop as I'm typing this post.
