I found this interesting. I've suspected that this is true and has been for some time. I've never seen a team get so many plays "blown up" before they start. I wonder if this has happened and gotten around and is one of the reasons why our offense was bad this season.

Or maybe PSU ran predictable plays against Villanova because they didn't need to go anything else. Wow.

Purdue mentioned this 20 years ago under Joe. They said they knew every play we were going to run. Don't know why they would let the cat out of the bag, but who knows what they know.

Here is some more discussion
thanks, I must have missed that thread. Seems like Busta Rymes and V knew every play we ran. That is certainly a big reason why our running game sucked. If V knew, they all knew. I know teams that hire consultants to do an evaluation of them as if they were the competition. Coaches always look at themselves looking out. Need someone from the outside looking in.

I knew there was something to that Nova lb comment. Thank God he said it. That “tell” may have sunk the entire season. I hope Franklin learns from this.

And they still got beat!

I watched the 60 min replay of the Cotton bowl. Obviously Memphis could not read our OL.
As I said on 2 earlier threads, coach needs to bring an outside advisor like Mike Munchak. He could study film at home close to his family. This staff has looked at the film thousands of hours. New eyes are needed.

Even have him come to spring practice for a week. But that probably conflicts with NFL draft prep.
