NotJust on fire since Sandy and Barron left. Coincidence?
Let’s wait and see if Kraft can even keep Shrews. He’ll no. Barron and his gang of thieves have done so much damage to the university thats just being uncovered. They fleeced us! Worst yet, the BOT allowed them to do it and the town worshipped them. Never again. The area has got to slip out, as much as it can, of the university shadow.
Neeli and Krafty are good with tough decisions still coming. Heck they didn’t even know about the mess they were stepping into which tells you all you need to know about the BOT. They will be great in three yrs and university will be returned to it proper status.
His first big test.Let’s wait and see if Kraft can even keep Shrews.
Jon Crispin said yesterday it will be very hard to keep him. Called PSU a stepping stone job, will be hard to consistently win and not get fired.Let’s wait and see if Kraft can even keep Shrews.
He was obviously wrong, we don’t exactly fire coaches very frequently. I’m sure it could be looked at as a stepping stone job, but Georgetown and ND aren’t exactly steps up.Jon Crispin said yesterday it will be very hard to keep him. Not sure who you talk to in town, but Barron and Sandy we not worshipped. The large donor group we are in is very happy to see them gone. Most of the long term residents are glad he is gone. He’ll no. Like I said before, unlike the media in the major Ohio cities or media members with OSU ties, it seems as if the much of the media in the major PA cities and media members with PSU ties either have nothing good to say about PSU or, worse yet, say negative things about them. I don't want media members who cover PSU to be cheerleaders, much like the media in cities like Cleveland are for OSU, but it's irritating that a school like PSU gets such negative or indifferent treatment from the PA media. Thanks Jon for the support
Nobody pushed back. Nobody said no. Nobody called them out. Barron thought he was king. Not sure who you talk to in town, but Barron and Sandy we not worshipped. The large donor group we are in is very happy to see them gone. Most of the long term residents are glad he is gone.
It's irrirating especially that a former PSU player would say this. Even if you think its true, have a little support for your school.Like I said before, unlike the media in the major Ohio cities or media members with OSU ties, it seems as if the much of the media in the major PA cities and media members with PSU ties either have nothing good to say about PSU or, worse yet, say negative things about them. PA is so provincial. The northeast, Del Val, Western PA all are their own little empires. There are a lot of PSU fans in these places but many in media who consider PSU as this little house on the prairie bumpkin land. All the big cities in PA have plenty of great schools of their own, which I think is part of the issue. They're protecting their own. Same with NY, NJ, VA/DC. We're taking bread of these cities' table when their kids come here. That's how they look at it.Like I said before, unlike the media in the major Ohio cities or media members with OSU ties, it seems as if the much of the media in the major PA cities and media members with PSU ties either have nothing good to say about PSU or, worse yet, say negative things about them. I often refer to Western PA as the Balkans of the USA, and I've lived here all of my life. With that said, PSU gets its fair share of media coverage in the Pittsburgh area. However, like I said, I don't believe that PSU is treated in the media like the in-state media treat schools like OSU and Iowa.PA is so provincial.
