I can say with good amount of confidence that Penn State is sill recruting Quade Green (top 40) and they are still in the thick of things for him, amongst other schools. It is too early to tell where this is going to go, but I have heard Chambers and staff are still "pursuing Quade hard." I think Quade may cut his list in the begining of the summer and will look to probably make a fall commitment. I am optimistic, but keeping guarded.
