Question About Penn State Academic Standards

Can someone please tell me what the requirements/standards by the actual numbers are for a player being recruited by Penn State, to be eligible.

And what are the requirements/standards by the numbers to be eligible by the NCAA guidelines.

I'm assuming the minimal requirements for Penn State are higher, than the minimal requirements for NCAA.
