it looked to me as if our right side outside blocker (#4) on the LOS immediately went to make contact with the OSU guy to his left. This left a clear path for OSU's outside rusher to our Punter's right foot. Would this be a designed blocking scheme based on the idea that the outside rusher would not be able to get to our Punter quickly enough, or was it a poor judgement by the PSU player on whom to block ?
