Sorry if this has been asked and explained. If so I missed it. How does it work with teams that sign more then 25 Shorlarship players in a year? With the openings we have, because of the transfers, can we do that? With 20 commits so far can we sign 8 more to get to 28? If so how would we get back to 25 and by when. Also do we have to get back to 25 with so many openings short of the 85 total limit? Thanks for any help you can be with these questions.
