I've been to the site and saw where it said it's available but no link to connect?

Refs that call stalling with :15 left are the lowest common denominator. What a crock of $*%#. Wilson danced for 6:45 of that match.

That's the picture-perfect "I called him, didn't I?" call. A slap in the face.

It was the second and got Corey a point. With a takedown, he gets the win even with the RT point.

I agree that is a problem, but don't think it applies here.

This guy is terrible. Counting whenever he feels like it. Never counting on the stand up-rear-standing position. A stalemate with :01 left in the period in Cutch's match. Agree that Corey has to get a takedown, but Wilson literally did nothing offensive until he got called for stalling, late in the third.

The ref's focus is on the match, and they rarely check the clock. They don't have a watch on them, so checking the clock usually means they have to take their eyes off the action. The 2nd ref (there didn't appear to be one at today's match) often will call out the time. Beyond that, the only other clock monitoring they may do is after a stoppage where they'll sneak a peak at the clock, but again, their primary responsibility is to watch the wrestlers and make sure nothing happens as they return to the center. Most refs have a general idea of how long a period has been, and they may hear a coach calling out how much is left, but they don't check the clock when they make calls, be they stalemates, OOB, or stalling.

Yeah, I saw the comments in the other thread about keeping that link quiet, so I amended my original post to not give up something we were supposed to keep quiet.

Me thinks you are confusing a few things.

The keeping things quiet about PSU broadcasts was from the past 2 years. Several of the affiliates didn't turn off their streams during PSU's broadcast. In those years, folks on here would post links to where you could listen to the play-by-play, and within a week (or less) the streams would no longer be available. In PSU's defense, I think they were simply enforcing the rules of their contracts.

On the Pac-12 stream today, there was no issue with needing to keep it hushed up. Since most of us are not use to that site, it was a struggle for some to figure out what hyperlink on it to click on, or what to do, to get the Pac-12 stream.

Or, I misunderstood your post.

Gotcha. Thanks Tom, I just didn't want there to be any issues after reading the "keep it hush hush" comments on the other thread. I certainly don't want to be the guy to mess something good up, and I need to be able to listen by whatever means I can being 700 miles away from SCE.
