2. Are we going to offer him? He's listed as the #3 player in Pa for 2019 by Rivals and the #2 player in PA by 24/7. I know we got 2 top TEs in this class and the talent level is down in PA for 2019, but still...... I can't see us passing on this highly rated legacy. I kind of think that maybe there is no rush to offer this kid because CJF can grab him any time he wants.
