I was informed today that Ricky Rahne is expected to call the plays during Penn State's bowl game in a few weeks.
With three weeks of practice still to take place, I'm sure the staff will work on some things, but I am under the impression that Rahne will get a chance to run the offense in the upcoming bowl game.
