Rahne Major Game Calling Weakness

I actually thought overall and in the first half especially he called a good game

But, his one major weakness seems to be when he gameplans and thinks a specific play will work and it clearly doesn't he can't seem to stop keeping coming back to it.

Bowl Game against Wash...shovel pass
Michigan..wildcat.
Today...Stevens qb draw.
