Random thoughts from Champioship Games

• 22 plays, 82 yards, over 9 min! Left no time on clock. Wow MSU. (As the holiday season around, thoughts of PSU/ drive '94 danced in my head!)
• Bama impressive. Not sold on Clemson. (Bad call on NC onside Kick) Left NC in the game.
• Nice win by San Diego State to win Mountain West.,
• Too bad Temple lost, didn't look that good and got a little sloppy at end
• College Football so much better with Championship Games
• Stanford McCaffery is the real deal. Was really impressed with his game against ND, but he was lights out last night, 461 yards, over 200 rushing, 100 receiving and 100 returns. Breaking Barry Sanders record. Deserves Heisman.
• Franklin did good, and nice PR for Penn State, especially in closing when he said "Great atmosphere here tonite, very motivating, expect us to be here soon!" Other guys were like wow, bold statement coach!

Special recognition goes out to Eugene Polley, the inventor of the tv remote. Last night, my tv remote usage was of epic proportions.
