Penn State coming in at #9 after being pre-ranked at #6. Don't agree with that... but much relies on the running game and the strength of the line and Miles Sanders ability to run behind a now tested and improved line.
Also... how will Penn State's LB corp shake out after the fall? Will it be a weakness or will any lber ie... Jake Cooper, Micah Parsons, Jesse Luketa, Ellis Brooks, Koa Farmer, Brelin Faison-Walden or Brailyn Franklin rise to the occasion and make an impact.
