Franklin should not be criticized. He was told my athletic/school administration to issue no comment statement which was done by PSU sspokeperson.

Of course… it’s a terrible incident and the victims need to be consoled. How about saying something to them. I know you’re innocent until proven guilty but the university appears to have reached a verdict months ago. We all knew of this incident back in July. Acting as they did is typical when they don’t want to discuss something. Can’t remember a worse occurrence under Franklin.
