Hard to sometimes ignore the singlet and realize how awesome a lot of these individual wrestlers are. I remember Cenzo couldn't say enough good things about Woods' character from his 1 year coaching him.

I agree. It’s nice to put the rivalry aside and realize the human side of the kids, fans and communities. At the same be of the day, most of these individuals are really good people. And the things they do for their communities is outstanding.

One of the things I like best about this story is that it is not coming from Real himself.
Just last night I was watching the Tampa-Toronto game with a buddy and somehow the topic of charitable works came up. He mentioned a story about how Bobby Orr had visited a kid in the hospital many years ago and accidentally ran into a press person there, who he told to keep it quiet. The press person did not, and apparently Orr and Phil Esposito later kicked the shit out of the guy at some bar. And let me tell you, if I were going to have the shit kicked out of me, I don't think I would enjoy it being done by Orr and Esposito.
