According to my colleagues in the North Carolina, Fayetteville (N.C.) Terry Sanford DB Mark Gilbert is going to visit Penn State in the beginning of April. It should be sometime between April 5-11, when he's on spring break.
You can watch his film HERE. He's told a few people, including myself a few weeks back, that he feels like PSU is going to offer. I think the staff is still undecided on that, but regardless, he's definitely one to watch.
