I caught up with Arizona DB Steven Ortiz recently. He's a pretty good player, but I'm curious to see how his size impacts him. Rivals originally had him listed at 5-11. I moved him down to 5-10 and that's still being generous. He's saying all the right things about Penn State, including that he plans to take an official visit in the spring. He's certainly excited about Penn State, so I'm curious to see how his recruitment progresses in the months to come. The staff certainly has others higher on their board, but I get the vibe that PSU is at the top of list.
