Recruiting: Drew Allar opens up about the Nittany Lions

As I mentioned yesterday, I interviewed Drew just before Josh posted a short story on Allar. I went into some more details about Penn State, so I didn't want to waste it. I don't see AJ Duffy coming to Penn State with Kirk Ciarrocca being fired, so it feels like Allar is now the top quarterback to monitor.
