Recruiting: LB Ellis Brooks

Brooks just tweeted that he'll be announcing his commitment tomorrow. Still not sure which time, but I'll try to clarify that.

I think it'll be Penn State. Ive heard good things about this weekend, but Ive also known Ellis for over a year now. He fits in really well with this class. He also prioritizes academics, so I think this is going to work out well for PSU.
