I confirmed with Harrisburg DE Micah Parsons this afternoon that he'll be back at Penn State next weekend for the Blue-White Game, April 22. Parsons will go to Ohio State this weekend for its Scarlett and Gray Game.
I also confirmed with Aurora, Ill., OL Bryce Effner that he'll be returning next weekend for the Blue-White Game. Effner visited and earned an offer from the staff towards the end of March. He continues to say that he's in no rush to make a decision, but I'll have a close eye on him every time he visits PSU.
