Recruiting: New 2019 WR Offer

PSU hasn't offered many 2019 WRs, but they handed out another today to John Metchie from Saint James in Maryland. He was excellent at camp today. He was origianlly 2018 but reclassified to 2019.

I need to get his class updated on Rivals. Metchie is originally from Toronto.
