Trevor Trout of St. Louis (Mo.) Chaminade is reporting a new offer from Penn State tonight. We have seen a lot of Trout already, and a lot of him going against the top offensive linemen in the 2017 and 2018 classes and he has earned his No. 1 DT ranking in the class. I also went out and covered one of his games earlier this season and he is the real deal.
