2016 DL Rashad Weaver from Cooper City (Fla.) reported an offer from Penn State last night. UVa also just recently offered.
Weaver committed to Michigan in June, but recently de-committed because, well, who knows anymore what's going up in Ann Arbor, ha. The 6-5, 245-pound two-star defensive end was the lowest-ranked commitment in Michigan's class, but the UM staff first saw Weaver at South Florida satellite camp and offered a scholarship soon after.
