Recruiting: QB Michael Johnson Jr.

Rivals analyst Mike Singer reached out to me today to say that Michael Johnson Jr. is set to announce his commitment on Aug. 1.

He said that the finalists are Penn State, Florida State, Miami, NC State and Oregon State.

I don't believe he's visited NC State and he's not going to Oregon's rival, so this is between Penn State and the Florida schools. I'll reach out to Johnson this evening.
