Recruiting: Rivals250 target locks in Penn State official visit

- I confirmed this morning that DB Keenan Nelson Jr. has locked in two official visits. The first will be to Penn State, June 11-13, with the second visit going to South Carolina, June 25-27. I would expect Notre Dame to also host him at some point in June. It feels like those three are shaping up to be the contenders.
