Due to his basketball schedule, South Jersey's offensive player of the year WR Bo Melton of Egg Harbor (N.J.) Cedar Creek won't be able to attend this weekend's Junior Day at Penn State, but he plans to visit PSU, among a few other programs, later this spring or summer. Nonetheless, Melton is a 2017 recruit whose stock has rose quickly over the past two months, collecting nine offers since January.
