Penn State has been making a big push with WR Mark Webb since last night. I have spoken with Webb's father and theyve certainly taken notice. Meanwhile, they havent really heard from Georgia at all today.
Im starting to think there is a real chance that Webb flips. Ill keep you updated if I learn more later today.
