So we're supposed to believe that some random judge in Kalamazoo or wherever has the lawful authority to exercise veto power over policy decisions of the President in his job as head of the Executive Branch.
That's exactly what happened when a Dem-Mediacrat judge not only presumed to block Elon Musk from accessing financial records of the Treasury Department but extended the order to not allowing even Trump's new Secretary of the Treasury, the guy who runs the department, to have such access.
This goes beyond overreach. It's total theater of the absurd. And Trump must either pursue an emergency appeal to negate the rogue judge's bogus "order"...or simply ignore it. Otherwise, the next four years will see his presidency paralyzed when Dem-Mediacrats use partisan judges to give them effective control of the government.
