The guy who helped develop Obamacare who was caught saying we were too dumb to understand it? He just released an analysis that suggested 2/3 of the new Medicaid enrollees under ACA would have qualified anyway under the old program. So if my math is correct

. 22 million got insured under ACA
. 15 of those 22 million received medicaid and qualified anyway
So of the 44 million uninsured only 7 million received coverage that were previously ineligible. Hardly the rousing success some have made it out to be and certainly something that can be fixed.
