Luckily for us he's leaving Congress so he's Minnesota's problem now.

You know, if Ellison really feels this way (i.e., that everything is community property) then his property line doesn't matter either. We should all be able to go over to his place unannounced, raid his fridge, flop on the couch and flush his toilet without so much as a 'by your leave'. He calls for another global Marshall Plan to reinvigorate other less fortunate economies. Newsflash: it still exists. It's called NATO, and it has morphed into 28 countries. And I'm sure there are others buried in our $35B per year foreign aid package.
