Well, what do we have here from The Wall Street Journal that dropped while you were sleeping? Well, it would seem that Leland Keyser felt pressured by Ford’s allies to revise her statement.

Keyser is the friend who said she never attended a party or gathering where Brett Kavanaugh was present; with or without Ms. Ford, and that she doesn’t know him. Judge Kavanaugh is Trump’s Supreme Court nominee who has been blitzed by accusations of sexual misconduct. One of the three was lobbed by Ms. Ford, who alleges Kavanaugh tried to rape her at a high school party, though she doesn’t know whose house it was in, how the party was organized, how she got there, or who took her home after the alleged attack. Key details are missing. There is no evidence or corroborating witnesses.

Yet, her testimony before Congress was enough to get Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) to side with Democrats to initiate an FBI investigation into these allegations. Flake voted with the GOP on the Senate Judiciary Committee to advance the nomination to the Senate floor but requested a weeklong delay for the bureau to do its job. It was granted.

Now, the report is in, and it would seem Keyser felt the screw was put to her to change her statement. The Journal noted that the FBI report details how Ford’s lawyers were working behind the scenes to shore up witness testimonies against Kavanaugh. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Democratic operatives. Oh, and the Senate and the White House have the text messages to prove that part of the story:
