If media reports of what Rich Rod did are accurate, he is one hell of a slime devil, so she may well be able to recover some punitive damages. But I find it hard to conceive that her actual damages could be even a third of $7.5 million.
If you read the piece about how he treated women while Arizona's coach, he is a pig. Ask the people of West Virginia what kind of guy he is.
Innocent of asking her to close the door when she entered his office? Maybe.
Innocent of having his hand in his lap when she entered the room? Maybe.
Innocent of asking her to be an assistant and make excuses when people call? No, probably not.

Let's just say Rich paid very,very close attention to the cheerleaders while he was at Wvu.He really tried to help one of them with her moves and positions.Rich left Motown with a stick of dynamite lite in his butt and Rita pulling him out of town by his................................EAR!
