I've been in touch with the Slade family over the last few days.
Their response to coach Moorehead leaving was the same as everybody else. They were very happy for him but remained 100% committed.
Now with the news about coach Huff, their tone has changed a bit.
"We are (still committed)... but we're also waiting to see who gets the rb coach position. He's committed to the school but we have to make sure he's comfortable with his position coach."
IMO, a very measured and fair response.
