Hall of Fame 3B, O's star Brooks Robinson dies

Hall of Fame third baseman Brooks Robinson has died at the age of 86. Robinson spent his entire 23-year career in Baltimore, where he won two World Series and was an 18-time All-Star.

I'm a Phillies fan and longtime Schmitty apostle but the numbers are the numbers. Sixteen GGs to ten. Brooks was at the twilight of his great career when I first got into baseball as a kid. I saw him play on tv and have some cards. He's part of the "greatest generation" of HOF players in my opinion. RIP Brooks.
