Rivals.Com Driving Me Insane

keep getting emails from a random post on non-PSU Rivals site. Where can I stop this shite.

PROFILE > ALERT PREFERENCES > ALERT PREFERENCES and
*I have these all checked, but they appear to control alert's, not email contacts

PROFILE > ALERT PREFERENCES > CONTACT DETAILS
*I have RECEIVE SITE MAILINGS and RECEIVE EMAIL unchecked, but have ACCEPT CONV checked.. thought this would stop the email alerts?

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.-sg
