Was just checking the State Rankings page and see there are 6 Pa kids with 4 stars, none with a PSU offer. A closer look shows that, for the most part, all have a 3* offer list.
I was wondering if there are grade issues, or are the gurus and the PSU staff that much apart on their evaluations.
