Adam Friedman of Rivals.com was on hand for the St. Joseph's vs. Imhotep Institute scrimmage over the weekend in Philly. He offers his thoughts on PSU prospects including RB D'Andre Swift, OL Carter Lynch and commit Shaka Toney.
Here's what Friedman had to say about Toney, who committed to PSU in July.
"There is no doubt that Shaka Toney has a high ceiling. That's why Penn State took his commitment. Will he play linebacker or defensive end at the next level? Toney is used to playing defensive end but is converting to linebacker. There is still work to be done physically and mentally before he will be a productive linebacker."
