I remember reading the in-game thread a couple of games ago. People were screaming to take that number 54 out of the game. I thought to myself, "my God, he's only a red-shirt freshman. Cut him a break". But poster after poster were berating "number 54" (didn't seem to know his name). Now it seems like everyone is singing his praises. Maybe the complainers don't know as much about football as they think they do. Was wondering if any one else noticed how fickle this crowd can be sometimes.
