With the civil penalty of $148 million against him in the trial yesterday bankruptcy may be his only choice. He could sell all his properties and investments. That would probably still leave him 'short'. He is one sorry excuse for the guy most folks liked after 9/11. Now he seems like a drunken old man with memory loss.
He even is being sued for non-payment of his legal bills by a few of his former attorneys. Disbarment is imminent. His idol/savior is having some of the same money troubles with only political donations keeping him from the poor house.
