Ryan - Patterson still a WR target?

Just noted that one of our 2 WR targets for 2016, Phillip Patterson, decommitted from Va Tech on Sunday. Seems to be reopening his recruitment with the retirement of Beamer and visited WVU last weekend although he doesn't yet have an offer.

Are we still in play with this guy?
