This isn't that hard to understand, please re-read that post. It's very clear why JVP's testimony is on-topic in relation to cross examination, and thus was brought up. Don't be afraid to ask for help, you clearly need it.
You throw out an opinion, but no logic to back it up. So you are saying all grand jury testimony is gospel, even if the witness was led, and the statements as transcribed don’t make sense and seem to have improper punctuation (something you probably wouldn’t notice based on the quality of your posts), and the person qualified his statement multiple times that he was unsure? You seem incapable of processing all three things happening at once on JVP’s testimony. You can’t just process them separately. You want to throw them out and rely on JVP’s testimony as gospel, when it’s clearly unreliable for multiple reasons.
What’s really embarrassing is this continued bringing up of Sandusky, please stop trying to distract from Bo’s buddy Nassar and stay on topic. PSU doesn’t need exonerated again, it’s already been. Did you miss the NCAA dropping the sanctions? The AG praising Paterno for his actions? The lead prosecutor saying he found no evidence of a cover-up? No PSU admins convicted of any felony charges?
You keep pointing the finger at PSU instead of those professionals at DPW/CYS/TSM that actually failed those kids. Past and future victims be damned. Time to face the fact, you are an enabler.

grand jury testimony is not gospel, it's not used to convict anyone. The questions asked and the answers to those were used to bring an indictment against Jerry Sandusky no one else.
Then you keep deflecting from the topic of this entire thread former PSU DC Jerry Sandusky's attempt at an appeal. It has nothing to do with Paterno, Larry Nassar, or anyone else. No one brought up JVPs testimony other than you and it has nothing to do with Jerry's appeal.

Yes the victims are clearly lying horrible people. It isn't as if the hero of the free jerry crowd has trespassed, harassed victims, possibly assisted someone in committing insurance fraud, outed victims and been arrested and convicted of a crime in his pursuit of being the biggest @hole involved in this whole sordid affair (after Jerry of course).
