Sandusky PCRA evidentiary hearing on March 24, more anticipated

Sandusky's lawyers, Al Lindsay and Andrew Salmme, made a filing that was posted on the Centre County web pages today. They say that in order to present evidence on the remaining 22 (or 23) claims in their PCRA that more than one day is needed and that they believe that 2 or more days is likely.

2 additional days of evidentiary hearings have been scheduled by Judge Foradora. In addition to Friday March 24, May 11 and May 26 have been scheduled to hear evidence related to Sandusky's PCRA.

Interesting, for year's I believed John Ziegler was an absolute kook for believing that Jerry is innocent, but I recently watched his youtubes and listened to his podcasts and he makes some rather convincing arguments.

While I am still not 100% convinced, I find it quite revealing that most of Ziegler's opponents do not try to engage his arguments one bit, instead simply scream that he is a "pedophile enabler."

If Sandusky really is innocent, this should be one of the biggest stories of the century.
