Even, "Recruit posting on Twitter (or wherever) that he received "an offer"" does NOT = "Scholarship" (if it did, PSU would still probably have 30 "scholarship offers" out there)

As of now, we are under at 84 committed.

Please, this is OBVIOUSLY not a serious thread.... but if you insist.... more ships than Brandon's can be freed (may not too) where current scholarship holders have alternative ships and grant money. This is what happens when as a result of recruiting or giving scholarships to guys that can cut the academic mustard and are dedicated to the program and PSU. Now, no more serious posts in this thread, please.

You can not have a current "scholarship" athlete come off of "athletic" scholarship, receive an "academic" scholarship (or, even pay for tuition "out of his own pocket")......and remain with the team, without counting him as one of the "85"
